The International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics underpins all our work, so that every coaching session is based on respect for the individual and the creation of a partnership between coach and client.

 

We believe that all clients are the capable authors of their own stories and are encouraged to co-create the coaching sessions to find workable solutions and new ways forward.

CEO and Founder of Contempio

Dr Louise Ceska, a highly experienced leader in education, set up Contempio to provide coaching and support for groups, teams and individuals. Having successfully graduated from the Certificate of Organizational Coaching Course at the University of British Columbia, she wants to help bring the power of coaching to as many people as possible. Working with a network of freelance coaches, she can organize both small and large projects with an emphasis on delivering what the client wants to achieve.
